Solvikshus offers a unique concept of modern contemporary living.

We built our first passive solar energy house in Sweden in the early 80´s. Since then our product has been developed and modern technology incorporated, we believe that the World is now ready for the next step in house building.

Our unique concept uses a combination of active/passive solar energy to provide heating and cooling of the house. This enables us to provide a well-insulated house that is comfortable for year-round living from the Arctic regions to the shores of the Mediterranean.

·  Plus Energy – The house will under normal circumstances produce more energy than is needed for heating/cooling.
